At Confête, we want you to feel confident and celebratory in every piece you purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
